The CreaLog Media Platform 6 is your connection between telephony and data processing. Your Voice Portal uses the same principle as call center agents: it answers calls and responds to the desires of your customers. It has access to your databases and provides data exchange with the caller.
Voice portals determine the numbers of the caller and the dialed extension number. They listen to announcements, receive messages, send and receive faxes.
With speech recognition, they understand commands, names, numbers and digit strings.
With speech synthesis they read out aloud any text such as emails and websites.
With voice recording conversations are taped and easily retrieved later.
