For many years, media companies count on the Vodafone mass-calling platform, powered by CreaLog. 

With almost 15,000 channels (spread over 3 sites) it is one of the largest and best performing in Europe. 

Whether it is "You bet?", the Eurovision or other major events, almost always the Vodafone platform is used when it comes to choosing the winner.

A similar CreaLog system with over 10,000 channels (spread over 12 sites) is operated by Swisscom.

Interfaces for televoting

The campaigns can comprise both simple voting systems and complex, multi-level games. The success of media events is heavily dependent on the ideas of the creative departments. Short-notice changes in the call flow or competitions are therefore the order of the day. It is possible to create applications flexibly to accommodate this by using the effective CreaLog dialog graphic editor (CDG).

Billing

The service numbers are usually billed directly using an online billing process. CreaLog also offers processes via the diameter interfaces (e.g. billing for prepaid cards). Detailed reports and statistics are critical to making the most of the campaigns and also facilitate rapid reactions.
