CreaVoice Ringback Tone

Network operators can quickly integrate the customized and scalable CreaVoice ringback tone solution, which offers customers innovative added value.

Customers can choose a personal ringback tone from a variety of songs, gags or other tones, which is then played back while the caller is waiting for the call to be answered, along with the usual ringback tone.

Your customers can use ringback tones to surprise callers with music and turn ringback tones into a personal calling card! The music can be set individually for every caller and is quick and easy to activate!

Ringback tones bridge the callers waiting time until the call is answered. Callers hear your individually selected music as a ringback tone instead of the boring everyday ringing tone.

Your customers themselves define who hears which song: "classical" for business partners, "chart hits" for friends, something quiet in the evening, carnival hits at mardi gras time – it is all possible.

The service is easy to book and works with any cell phone. There are no technical requirements for setting up the service for the end customer – your customers can simply get started after booking!

Configuration by the customer

The service is activated and configured by the customer either via a web browser, by SMS or with interactive voice response (IVR). The customer can also set up and vary his ringback tone depending on the caller, time of day and date.

Sales models

CreaVoice ringback tones allow cellular telephony providers to market the service independently and to co-operate with content providers. The content providers act as a sales channel with their own web portals and contribute to the commercial success of the new service since market penetration increases noticeably with competing content providers.

Billing models

The customer is billed using one or more of the following sample cost models:

  • One-off service set-up fee
  • Monthly billing for usage
  • Billing for each ringback tone activated
  • Billing for every change to the personal ringback tone
  • Subscription models e.g. 5 different ringback tones per month

Interfaces

The CreaVoice ringback tone service offers interfaces for post-paid and pre-paid billing, delivery of the service, configuration by the end customer, comprehensive statistics and a content provider interface.
