CreaLog Customer Interaction Suite Modules
The CreaLog Customer Interaction Suite with its intelligent ACD flexibly distributes calls to the agents (employees), irrespective of whether they are working in in-house or outsourced contact centers or at home workstations. In addition, the CreaLog voice portal (IVR) can be used to identify customer requirements early and meet them automatically around the clock by means of self-services.
The network-based routing of the CreaLog IN enables telcos to achieve much lower network load since there are no unnecessary routings to busy or inactive agents. Of course the CreaLog Multichannel Contact Center supports the distribution of contact types such as e-mail, SMS and fax to the call center agents. In addition to the Unified Communication add-on module, other add-on modules such as dialers, recording and speech analytics can supplement the portfolio on a project by project basis.
The CreaLog Contact Center Suite is based on the CreaLog media platform which many telecommunications companies have been using very reliably for years. The interface connection is effected either in traditional TDM/ISUP using SS7 protocol or in NGN / IMS.
