CreaLog Voice Portal

The CreaLog Voice Portal uses voice recognition in 56 different languages to enable the customer to control the voice dialogue in natural language. You can use the CreaLog application generator (CDG) to create voice dialog solutions for your customers. This allows voice dialogs to be created or customized specifically to your customers' needs.

Furthermore CreaLog offers relevant professional services for ergonomic dialog design. This includes sound, persona and grammar design and ranges from creation to testing and on to continuous optimization. Because the voice portal solutions will only satisfy your customers if callers reach their destination quickly and reliably.

The CreaLog Contact Center Suite is based on the CreaVoice media platform which many telecommunications companies have been using very reliably for years. The interface connection is effected either in traditional TDM/ISUP using SS7 protocol or in NGN / IMS.
