Good news for all companies, who want to automate as many standard services as possible cheaply by phone. Using speech recognition customers may now update their account data comfortably by phone.

CreaVoice^® AddressValidation enables the fully automated detection of address data by voice recognition. The data input is checked immediately for validity.

The CreaVoice^® AddressValidation module enables to query the postcode (ZIP), followed by street name and house number. The recognized caller input will be then repeated by the voice portal and the caller confirms by a simple "yes", "correct" or "okay". That's all!

At the end of the amazing natural dialog, the customer may also update his phone numbers if needed. The results are recognized, stored in the data base and are immediately available for further use in dialog.

The CreaVoice^® AddressValidation module contains a comprehensive database of zip codes, cities and streets. These data were adapted specifically for use by the CreaVoice AddressValidation dialog module to facilitate optimal recognition. Regular updates of the data ensure particularly high quality and reliability of the application.
