The basis of the CreaLink® CTI-Solutions is a high performance computer platform with CreaLog® CTI-Software. The software offers extensive options in call control and works as the connecting link between the PBX and your data network.
CreaLink® CTI-Solutions display all relevant client data on your employee's computer screen, even before he accepts the call. The updated client data are being forwarded to the appropriate agent together with the call.
Calls can be initiated automatically with the relevant data immediately being at the agents disposal. Access to all customer data from differently equipped workstations is possible.
