The professional, graphical Service Creation Environment (CDG) developed by CreaLog makes it possible to put professional dialogs online very quickly even without extensive programming knowledge.
CDG supports both VoiceXML and CreaVoice Voice Portal Code.
The flexible development environment allows applications to be modified quickly based on caller behavior and system usage and hence to respond without delay to customer requirements and priorities in the company. Furthermore, all applications created for the self-service voice channel can easily be transferred to other channels such as video, which results in substantial savings in terms of time and resources.
The application server allows applications to be developed for all VXML voice portals, both CreaLog's own and those from third-party providers. You can benefit from the advantages of a graphical development environment and of VoiceXML.
