Unified messaging from CreaLog combines a company's entire communication, be that voice, e-mail or fax, in a single solution irrespective of the network and terminal equipment. Usage scenario
With CreaVoice Unified Messaging messages are recorded even if the contact is not personally available.
A message light, an SMS, an e-mail or a phone call informs the called party of new messages received.
Additional information about the message such as date, time and caller's number may be announced while the user is listening to the message. Direct call back is also possible if desired.
The optional voice recognition facility allows you to navigate conveniently by voice while listening to messages and to give instructions such as next, back, delete or information at any time while listening to the message.
The ability to access the e-mail mailbox also often proves to be extremely useful. It is possible to have incoming e-mail read out and to answer the sender directly with a voice message.
The integrated voice-controlled phone book (voice dial) is another convenient feature. Just state the name of the person you want to call and you are connected immediately.
