The system is fully interactive, i.e. it recognizes individual words as well as entire sentences. Thus natural dialogs are possible and the caller is not limited to typing in numbers on his keypad.
When calls and transactions are recorded and documented on the recording system (Voice Recorder) it is possible to stop the recording while entering identification. Thus confidentiality is guaranteed.
If the customer needs the requested data documented on fax, the voice computer dynamically draws up an overview with the relevant data and then sends it via a fax server to the customer. If necessary, a customer can be directly connected to a personal consultant. The transfer is carried out with CTI integration so the consultant has all the relevant data of the customer on his screen via a screen pop-up or in his CRM tool.
