The basis of the CreaVoice CTI-Solutions is a high performance computer platform with CTI-Software. The software offers extensive options in call control and works as the connecting link between the PBX and your data network.

CreaVoice CTI-Solutions display all relevant client data on your employee's computer screen, even before he accepts the call. The updated client data are being forwarded to the appropriate agent together with the call.

Calls can be initiated automatically with the relevant data immediately being at the agents disposal. Access to all customer data from differently equipped workstations is possible. CreaVoice CTI-Solutions interact seamlessly with our Voice Portals. They can be expanded at any time.
