Operation
The operation of CreaVoice VMP is integrated directly in the telephony and data network of the carrier. To achieve the highest availability, we offer a redundancy and failsafe plan.
Integrated realtime synchronization enables the management of global information and
counters for mass calling and business applications. Version and software management
facilitate selective updating of applications during operation even with distributed locations and ensures that all servers are optimally synchronized.
The outbound module provides the option of carrying out large campaigns with several tens
of millions of call numbers on all voice portal channels in parallel.
The centralized statistics server handles logging and statistical records. All call information is saved here in a central database. Top performance is guaranteed by asynchronous client
access. If a network or database is unavailable, all records will be automatically updated later.
Application builder for VXML and mass calling
Mass calling and business applications with speech recognition, voice biometrics and text-to-
speech are created graphically with the application builder for VXML. Well-engineered,
mature tools and high-performance modules support teamwork and rapid prototyping for
optimization and analysis of innovative services.
