Then we are looking for you as a Recruiting Specialist (f/m/d)!
In this role, you will position our employer brand in the job market and ensure an excellent "candidate experience". 

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the complete recruiting process in cooperation with the respective line managers as well as the development of a suitable recruiting strategy
• You identify suitable candidates in the social networks and approach them directly via relevant platforms
• You develop and optimize our various search strategies and recruiting channels 
• You are the first point of contact for candidates and promote the expansion of our employer branding. This includes, among other things, the organization/participation in recruiting and career fairs

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources management, comparable course of studies or completed commercial vocational training
• Relevant professional experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and social media 
• Distinct social media affinity 
• Practical experience in "active sourcing" via professional networks
• You are a strong communicator, empathetic and curious about the people behind the application and bring the necessary flexibility to adapt to different people
• Confident handling of Office software, LinkedIN and Xing, Facebook and Instagram from an employer view as well as very good German and English skills
• Competent, confident and friendly appearance
