YOUR TASK FIELDS

  • Support in preparing, processing and reviewing quotations
  • Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
  • Competent and proactive support for existing customers within the scope of service contracts
  • Arrangement of appointments for our account managers
  • Planning and execution of customer events
  • Support in the preparation of customer presentations
  • Active participation in the implementation and continuous improvement of the process model
  • Address qualification via business networks


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed studies or relevant commercial training
  • Many years of professional experience in internal sales or sales assistance
  • Market and product knowledge as well as technology knowledge of Telco networks are advantageous, but not a prerequisite for a successful application.
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent German, very good English language skills
  • Result-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Fresh ideas and initiative
  • Ability to work in a team and communicative skills
  • Correct appearance towards the customer
  • Interest in questions of "man-machine communication"
