Missed Call Message

Standard Missed Call Notification services address the rising problem of subscribers with inactive or intentionally deactivated mailboxes. The subscriber is notified of the call and is encouraged to call back.

The Missed Call Message service enhances this service to increase the ARPU driving call completion rate. With Missed Call Message, the caller can leave a short voice message for the called party if his call fails.

The messaging service will convert this voice message into a text message using Voice-to-Text. This text message will be delivered to the called subscriber in a SMS message when he or she returns to network coverage or switches on his or her phone again.
