###USER_name###,

we cordially invite you to visit our booth on the CCW 2018 in Berlin.

Our exhibition voucher will provide you with free entrance to the largest trade fair dealing with customer dialog to be held for the 20th time in late February. At the CreaLog booth (Hall 3, C 20), we will be showcasing the latest developments in the areas of voice-first devices and speech analytics.

Also in this Newsletter:

In November, we presented a paper on speech analytics at the "Erfolgreiches Contactcenter" (Successful Contact Centre) conference in Hanau, Germany, explaining how transcription and speech analytics can yield significant insights into customer needs.

In Angola, maternal and infant mortalities rank among the highest worldwide. In order to change this, the largest Angolan mobile phone provider, Unitel, and CreaLog, in cooperation with the People In Need aid organisation, have launched the pilot project, "Mobile Midwife". The INTRE Magazine has the whole story.

In their October issue, the TeleTalk trade journal covers intelligent voice assistants enabling customer service of the future. CreaLog reports on where the differences to a high quality, self service, interactive voice response (IVR) system lie and which technology is in the lead at present.

This year's VMA 2017 conference was also focussed on the future of customer service. Our IVR experts took the opportunity to demonstrate how skills aimed at Amazon Alexa and other voice-first devices could in future help organisations provide their customers with convenient, modern-day communication.

Read our brand new case study to find out what Service Director Elke Schaffer from A1 Telekom Austria thinks about our speech recognition and mobile call recording systems, how our solutions can help A1's private and corporate customers and what the benefits of these solutions are.

Finally, we wish you and all your colleagues a pleasant and peaceful Christmas time, a happy New Year and a successful start into 2018.

Kind regards,

Michael Kloos and Wolfgang Rebert
Executive Directors, CreaLog
