For Sparda-Bank Hannover eG, CreaLog developed an individual extension that adds MiFID II compliant recording capacity to the already existing CreaLog Contact Center.
The challenge: to find solution for recording MiFID II relevant conversations of 200 employees from various branch offices, while maintaining the existing level of comfort for customers and employees alike.
According to the legal requirements, the recordings of the conversations are archived encrypted. Automatic deletion of the conversation recordings and meta-data after the end of the retention obligation is also integrated.
