The CreaLog Journey 2025: Retrospective and Outlook for 2026!

As 2025 draws to a close, we look back on a fascinating journey – our shared CreaLog Journey (CJ). A journey that took us through technological innovation, personal encounters, and meaningful insights.

Reflecting on 2025

The journey through 2025 was marked by profound transformation. Artificial Intelligence remained the central theme – but the focus has shifted. Away from pure hype, towards real value, data sovereignty, and sustainable application.

The question is no longer if, but how we can use AI meaningfully and securely. The architecture and practical implementation of systems took center stage. The EU AI Act helped pave the way – strengthening trust, transparency, and control. A milestone on our CJ. Today, customer experience (CX) can reach new heights through targeted use of AI tools – without compromising data protection or ownership.

One of our key technological highlights of 2025: The Model Context Protocol (MCP). AI agents now know where to obtain which information from – but the actual dialogue with the customer is handled by a large language model (LLM). Sensitive data remains protected behind a robust governance layer.

Design also took on a new dimension. A well-crafted Conversational User Interface (CUI) is essential to creating a seamless, cross-channel experience. Customer expectations have grown – in terms of usability and the way they interact with AI agents. Whether inbound or outbound: AI has proven that it doesn't just react – it actively shapes customer relationships.

A true highlight was the CreaLog Summit 2025, once again held high above the rooftops of Munich. Under the theme Beyond AI – Communication from A to Z, we delved deeply into technologies, the Gartner Hype Cycle, the power of partnerships, one of Germany’s largest bot projects, the impact of design – and finally, a look into the future:

How do leading network operators envision the evolving interplay between business customers and carriers? Which factors will shape the value chain – and where are the biggest challenges?
