The CreaLog Summit 2025 is our autumn highlight! After last year’s fantastic CreaLog Summit, we’re delighted to welcome you back again this year above the rooftops of München at the Highlight Towers – for the CreaLog Summit 2025.

Beyond AI – We showcase trends, topics, and visions surrounding communication.

Last year, above the rooftops of München, we discussed bots and AI. This year, under the theme “Beyond AI – Communication from A-Z,” we’re taking it a step further – beyond AI – to discuss what truly defines communication today and tomorrow.

Communication is the key to the customer and the interplay of people, technology, and processes. That makes communication far more than chatbots: it’s system architecture, process intelligence, technology expertise, and experience with everything that runs in the background and makes the difference.

What do we have planned together?

Our first day, October 28, is entirely devoted to the themes of trends, technology, and integration. Once again, the Summit will be hosted by Prof. Dr. Jens Böcker, the renowned telco expert!

Ralf Mühlenhöver will share insights on the Gartner Hype Cycle curve and the evolution and transformation of communication.
Daryoush Vaziri, the AI expert, will explore exciting LLMs as well as open source – because LLM is more than “just” ChatGPT….
And design is critical: Ray-Allen Taylor of IdeaBay and Anne Schilling, our renowned conversational design expert, will discuss together the relevance and importance of design in bots – is it merely an accessory now, or decisive because of the new technologies?
Let yourself be swept up in an exciting project – Bahnportal 3.0 – the new and innovative voice dialog system from DB AG. Modern, high-performance, and built to handle peak loads – successfully implemented on a CreaLog IN/VAS platform.

After a lively evening, on day two – October 29 – we’ll turn our focus, once again high above the rooftops of München, entirely to application and Beyond AI!

In workshops, we’ll explore concrete topics such as the EU AI Act, emotions in bots, and the introduction of AI in enterprises. The wonderful Sophie Hundertmark will be joining us for this.
The crowning finale, once again this year, is the panel discussion. We’ll discuss with participants from leading network operators the visions for 2030 and the requirements for value creation between network operators and enterprises. The synergies that new topics and technologies create for both sides.
