Service Manager for orchestration on the SDP

Manage tenants, user permissions, service configurations and AI agents centrally – for less operational effort, secure delegation and full traceability.

At a glance

Solution

A central administration and governance platform for classic telco services, service applications and AI agents.

Tasks

Manage tenants, users, roles, numbers, routing rules, announcements, resources and bot configurations centrally.

Benefits

Reduce administrative effort, provision services faster and delegate tasks securely to partners or corporate customers.

Integration

Seamlessly connected to SIP Application Server, Media Resource Function, Service Creation and existing OSS, BSS and backend systems.

The CreaLog Service Manager is the web-based administration interface of the CreaLog Service Delivery Platform (SDP). Carriers, service providers and authorised B2B administrators use it to manage tenants, users, permissions, platform resources and service applications in one shared environment.

The integrated bot configurator also allows AI agents, voicebots and chatbots to be set up centrally.

CreaLog Service Manager – central monitoring and control of services.

Central administration for complex telco platforms

When several customers, resellers or organisational units are served from one shared platform, access, resources and services have to be clearly separated and still remain centrally controllable.

The Service Manager brings the essential administrative tasks of the CreaLog SDP together in one web-based interface. This creates a structured basis for multi-tenant telco and B2B offerings and supports traceable administrative processes.

Managing tenants, users and permissions precisely

Tenants and subaccounts can be modelled according to the respective customer and operating model. Central settings and resource limits can be defined per account, for example for users, destination numbers, announcements or service applications.

Granular role and permission management determines which users or groups may read, add, edit or delete specific functions and content.

This keeps carriers and service providers in control of central platform rules while selected administrative tasks can be handed to authorised B2B administrators.

Managing service applications efficiently

Service applications can be created, edited, copied, deleted and exported in the Service Manager. Recurring configurations can therefore be reused efficiently and adapted to different requirements.

Central service elements are managed through the interface as well:

  • Service numbers and destination numbers

  • Routingtypen

  • Announcements

  • Kalender

  • Sperrlisten

For graphical development and versioning of complex service and routing logic, the CreaLog Service Creation Environment is available in addition.

Configuring AI agents and bots in one place

The integrated bot configurator extends the Service Manager with functions for managing AI agents, voicebots and chatbots.

Administrators can define, among other things:

  • which tasks a bot takes on,

  • how conversations begin and end,

  • which conversational style the bot uses,

  • how follow-up questions and uncertainty are handled,

  • when a call is forwarded,

  • which prompts, dialogue modules and language models are used,

  • which channels the bot is provided on.

For connecting external systems, the bot configurator supports integration mechanisms such as MCP, tools, functions, webhooks and API access. Depending on permissions and system architecture, bots can retrieve information or trigger defined processes.

Documenting changes traceably

The integrated logbook records administrative actions with user, timestamp, action and affected object.

This lets platform operators trace changes and assign responsibility. The logging supports transparent operating processes as well as internal governance and audit requirements.

Main benefits

Central administration

Tenants, users, permissions, resources, services and bots are administered through one shared web interface.

Multi-tenant structures

Several customers, resellers or organisational units can be modelled within one platform and kept separate from each other.

Controlled permission assignment

Users receive access precisely to the functions and objects they need for their tasks.

Efficient service configuration

Service applications and central service elements can be reused and adapted to different requirements.

Traceable administration

Administrative changes are logged and can be attributed to user, time and affected object.
