More services, less platform complexity
CreaLog brings proven intelligent network services and modern SIP applications together on one shared Service Delivery Platform. Operators can develop existing services further, launch new offerings and integrate different applications consistently into their network and backend landscape.
Modernise
Move existing IN and VAS services to SIP and IMS step by step.
Consolidate
Bring several separate solutions together on one shared platform.
Monetise
Launch new B2B, routing, prepaid and call completion offerings faster.
Operate
Manage services, tenants, reporting and backend integration centrally.
A single number can distribute calls to different destinations depending on context; conversely, several numbers can be mapped to one central routing plan.

The platform behind the services
The applications are based on the CreaLog Service Delivery Platform. The SIP Application Server controls signalling, routing and service logic. The Media Resource Server adds announcements and interactive voice functions. Through the Service Creation Environment, services can be configured, extended and integrated into existing backend systems.
The integrated platform architecture is also the basis for secure, highly available and transparent network operation. TLS and SRTP protect signalling and media streams. High availability, geo-redundancy, overload protection, continuous health checks and automatic failover secure the availability of the services. Monitoring, logging, tracing, audit trails and role-based access control provide control, traceability and reliable operation.
