CreaLog named 'Digital Partner' by Nuance

Another valuable gem in CreaLog's extensive award collection: the 'Digital Partner 2021 BeNeLux, CEE, DACH' award was presented by our technology supplier Nuance Communications at the Partner eXperience Forum on 21 June in Düsseldorf.

As one of the world's leading providers of speech processing technologies for business and private customers, Microsoft company Nuance has presented this coveted award for almost 20 years. Nuance works with technology partners around the world and provides them with tools for customer experience management. CreaLog is among the most important integrators in Europe and uses Nuance's pioneering AI technologies in its solutions.

A recent example is the implementation of a holistic self-service infrastructure for all voice- and text-based customer inquiries at a major telecommunications provider in Ukraine with nearly 30 million customers. State-of-the-art, cloud-based VoiceBots and ChatBots went live there as early as the end of 2021, laying the foundation for a new generation of AI-based omnichannel self-service in Ukrainian and Russian.
