CreaLog Becomes New Partner in the i-Service Initiative Network
Content and Know-How Transfer Take Center Stage
Industry expert Rainer Kolm, owner of the Institute for Customer Experience Management (i-CEM), founded in 2010, is glad to welcome CreaLog as a new company in the network:
"Through the i-Service Initiative, our partners can reach their target audiences directly, with high-quality content, training offerings, and engaging webinars, among other things. To make this possible, we provide the latest technology platforms and a structured range of digital distribution channels. We support our partners on every question of digital marketing and sales, so their content actually reaches the right audience. I'm convinced that CreaLog, too, will benefit from what the network has to offer, and I'm of course very proud to welcome on board another international player that has delivered major, successful solutions for almost 30 years."
Presenting Best Practices
CreaLog founder Michael Kloos is likewise looking forward to the upcoming collaboration within the i-Service Initiative: "We expect the network to bring open dialogue on current market developments in customer service, as well as lively discussion of everything driving the industry, both technologically and in substance. Not least, it opens up interesting opportunities to collaborate with other network partners who can draw on our long-standing expertise and who are looking for experienced technology providers in the field of intelligent automation in customer service."
First Blog Post Already Online
" How Digitalization and Self-Service Take Utility Companies' and Grid Operators' Customers From a Service Desert to a Beach Bar ". That's the title of the first CreaLog blog post, now available on the i-Service Initiative website. In the interview, CreaLog Key Account Manager Stefan Riesel explains, among other things, how AI-based VoiceBots in practical use at utility companies not only improve accessibility and service quality for customers but also effectively automate internal processes. Stefan Riesel puts it plainly: "Voice and chatbots improve customer dialogue, optimize the customer experience, and build stronger customer loyalty - all while cutting costs at the same time! Digitalizing internal processes ensures transparent, verifiable phone communication in the sensitive, capital-intensive energy supply sector. For our roughly 40 energy-sector customers in Germany and the EU, this works very well."
