Do You Speak CDG?

Admittedly, "speak" isn't quite the right word here, because what we mean is CreaLog CDG, our low-code Service Creation Environment. Not entirely sure what a Service Creation Environment (SCE) does? Let's start from the beginning.

Say you've acquired the CreaLog Platform software license along with additional software components, whether on a physical server (also known as bare metal), as a pure software solution on your own server architecture, or in a private or public cloud. Without a programmed application or an individually configured service, nothing happens yet.

This is exactly where our Service Creation Environment, CreaLog CDG, comes in: with this graphical drag-and-drop tool, we build ready-to-run applications, dialogs, and service bots for the CreaLog Platform directly for you. Or you develop your own solution quickly and easily yourself.

The graphical user interface for low-code application design offers over 100 icons for all kinds of applications. A built-in scripting engine also enables the development of complex calculations and procedures. Powerful interfaces ensure seamless external connections.

Possible applications include:

(voice) dialogs,
communication via CTI, SMS, email, and chat,
exchange with contact center solutions and booking systems, (CRM) databases, and many other systems.

Over the years, we've also integrated systems from a wide range of third-party vendors. Established standards such as web services, VoiceXML, and MSML are supported, and thanks to an open architecture, we regularly integrate new standards as customer requirements demand.
