CreaLog welcomes the merger of Nuance and Microsoft
More flexible technologies for the future
A milestone along this path was speaker-independent recognition (ASR) and interpretation (NLU) of complete sentences – a technology now known as ‘Conversational AI’.
In 2015, our contact center solutions were certified for Microsoft's Lync/Skype for Business, and we have now applied for certification of our solutions for Microsoft Teams.
Today, we deliver successful, AI-based solutions to our telco and contact center customers, built on Microsoft Server technology and Nuance's speech recognition, voice biometrics, and speech analytics technologies. We expect the merger of Nuance and Microsoft, the world's leading AI and speech technology companies, to bring even better and more flexible technologies that will flow into our solutions and systems in the future.
AI and cloud from a single source
Nuance and Microsoft are now combining the strengths of their experienced teams and best-in-class platforms and expertise to redefine the future of customer communication. Nuance will continue to expand its proven, AI-driven technologies for customer care in speech, digital, and biometrics, leveraging the benefits of Microsoft's secure, scalable AI and cloud infrastructure. Mark Benjamin remains CEO of Nuance and reports to Scott Guthrie, EVP of Cloud & AI at Microsoft. He will continue to be supported by the current leadership team and organization of Nuance Enterprise.
