Terms
IMS – IP Multimedia Subsystem – the architecture through which modern networks deliver voice and multimedia services.
SIP Application Server – Server that controls voice services in the network based on the SIP protocol.
IVR – Interactive Voice Response – voice dialogue system that answers and handles calls automatically.
MRF – Media Resource Function – the media component within the IMS for announcements, conferencing and recognition.
Call Recording (SIPrec) – Recording of calls directly in the network via the standardised SIPrec protocol.
Televoting – Mass voting by call or message, for example during TV shows.
Service Delivery Platform – Platform on which operators provision and run new services centrally.
Conversational AI – Dialogue-capable AI that understands and answers spoken or written requests.
Speech Analytics – Analysis of spoken language to uncover patterns and inform decisions.

Both. CreaLog delivers network-based services for operators and cloud-native platforms; hybrid operation is also possible.
