Call completion for network operators
Not every call attempt reaches its destination: subscribers are busy, out of credit or outside the network. CreaLog's call completion services turn these situations into contacts – with voicemail, missed call notifications, emergency credit and reverse charge calls. Network operators thereby improve reachability and customer satisfaction and open up additional revenue.

From voicemail to A-party notification.
Voicemail
Next-generation voicemail: messages arrive directly as visual voicemail, as an e-mail with audio attachment or as a speech-to-text transcription. This uses the existing infrastructure and lowers the operating cost of classic voicemail storage.
CallPing
A short call attempt that ends before it is answered signals a callback request to the recipient, free of charge. Common with prepaid tariffs and low credit; the callback brings the operator additional revenue.
Airtime credit
Emergency credit when the prepaid account is empty, usable for calls, SMS or data. Repayment happens automatically with the next top-up – the service continues without interruption.
Reverse charge call
The called party accepts the cost of the call after confirming the request. Useful when the caller has no credit or is roaming.
Missed call notification
If the phone was off, busy or out of coverage, an SMS reports the missed call together with the number. No contact is lost, and the customer does not have to do anything.
A-party notification
The caller is informed automatically as soon as the called party is reachable again – by SMS or another channel. This raises the call completion rate and speeds up reconnection.
USSI gateway for call completion
As networks develop towards LTE and 5G, established USSD services – balance enquiries, top-ups, prepaid credit requests or self-care menus – have to remain available in the all-IP environment. The CreaLog USSI gateway provides that continuity: it connects IMS infrastructures with existing service platforms and converts USSD requests sent over SIP into the signalling that prepaid systems and call completion applications expect. Customers keep the interactive services they know, while operators integrate them into modern VoLTE and 5G networks.
