CreaLog will be represented at the Customer Service Summit 2026 by I-CEM with two presentations and a demo session. In addition to our presentation “Putting AI Agents into Action: Architecture as the Foundation,” which highlights what really matters to ensure that AI agents in customer service do not just impress, but perform reliably in day-to-day operations, we will speak on the second day in “Service Needs Dialogue, Not Just Contact” about how recurring and sensitive issues can be resolved faster, in a more structured way, and with greater security. The focus will be on increased efficiency, noticeable service relief, and clearly manageable operational processes. We also look forward to connecting with attendees during the demo session.
