In this way we want to contribute to slowing down the spread of the virus in order not to overload the health care systems. On the other hand, we support our employees for whom the closing of schools and kindergartens causes a care problem.
Since 2017 a pandemic plan is in effect at CreaLog that protects our employees and at the same time ensures our ability to continue work. In particular, it ensures the provision of contractually agreed services for our customers and maintains the core processes of project development, service and infrastructure.
What changes for you?
In using our service and in your daily work, everything will remain the same for you.
We are and will continue to be available as usual by telephone and e-mail. Our 24/7 service hotline will also continue to work as usual.
However, we will limit personal meetings to a necessary minimum.
For consultation and sales, we ask you to switch to telephone or video conferencing solutions with us wherever possible.
If appointments have already been agreed upon, we will coordinate with you how we proceed.
