Support by phone, email, chat for technical questions and change requests of our customers
Analysis and resolution of technical problems
Replication problems in our test lab
Documentation and maintenance of our knowledgebase

Qualifications

Completed IT-technical education (e. g. IT specialist for system integration) or relevant professional experience
Good network knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, network infrastructure)
Good operating system knowledge (Windows, Linux)
