Beyond AI – We showcase trends, topics and visions relating to communication.

Last year, we discussed bots and AI above the rooftops of Munich. This year, under the motto ‘Beyond AI – Communication from A to Z’, we are going one step further – beyond AI – and discussing what really defines communication today and tomorrow.

Communication is the key to customers and the interaction between people, technologies and processes. Communication is therefore much more than chatbots; it is system architecture, process intelligence and technological expertise, as well as experience with the things that run in the background and make all the difference.

What do we have in store for you?

Our first day on 28 October will be all about trends, technology and integration. The summit will once again be led by Prof. Dr. Jens Böcker, the renowned telco expert!

• Ralf Mühlenhöver will tell us about the Gartner Hype Cycle curve and the development and transformation of communication.
• Daryoush Vaziri, the AI expert, will discuss exciting LLMs and open source – because LLM is more than ‘just’ ChatGPT ....
• And design is crucial, as Ray-Allen Taylor from IdeaBay and Anne Schilling, our renowned conversational design expert, will discuss the relevance and importance of design in bots. Are they just an accessory or are they crucial thanks to new technologies?
• Let yourself be carried away by an exciting project – Bahnportal 3.0 – the new and innovative voice dialogue system from DB AG. Modern, with great performance and peak loads – successfully created on a Crealog IN VAS platform.

After a hearty evening, on the second day, 29 October, high above the rooftops of Munich once again, we will focus entirely on the application and Beyond AI!

• In workshops, we will look at specific topics from the EU AI Act, emotions in bots and the introduction of AI in companies. The wonderful Sophie Hundertmark will accompany us here.
• The grand finale this year will once again be the panel discussion. We will discuss with participants from leading network operators about their visions for 2030 and the requirements for value creation between network operators and companies. The synergies that arise for both sides as a result of new topics and technologies.
