After being succesfully validated by Broadsoft beginning of the year, CreaLog Call Recording is now working in full swing with the BroadWorks SIPREC interface. Thanks to that cooperation, the Broadsoft PBX cloud enables storing and accessing of data over the internet instead of a on-premise hard drive, combining regular calling features of a landline phone system with the benefits of mobile communication as well as advanced security and scalability features. Cloud-based and managed PBX solutions require less resources to manage and support and provide greater communication efficiency.
CreaLog provides MiFID II compliant call recording by integrating the CreaLog recording solution into the Broadsoft solution. The CreaLog solution records calls, stores them in a secure encrypted way, and provides a player for the recorded files. The recording platform encrypts calls on the fly while they are recorded along with their meta data. Neither the telecommunications provider nor CreaLog can decrypt this data itself. Decryption follows the four-eyes principle in every case.
