Comparative tests are popular, as they show consumers quickly and clearly how, for example, branded products compare with articles from discounters. In the IT and software world, this approach is still relatively uncommon, but we will now change that.

After all, our comparative test is about chatbots, voicebots and smartphone apps, i.e. automated service solutions that customers can hardly get past in the course of the customer journey today.
