CreaLog honored as 'Digital Partner' - Nuance presents award at Düsseldorf Classic Remise

Another valuable gem in CreaLog's large award collection: The 'Digital Partner 2021 BeNeLux, CEE, DACH' award, was presented by our technology supplier Nuance Communications at the Partner eXperience Forum in Düsseldorf on June 21. 

This is the third time after 2006 and 2012 that Nuance has honored CreaLog's exceptional achievements in digitizing and automating customer care communication via voice and chatbots. 

During the event at the Classic Remise in Düsseldorf, CreaLog founder Michael Kloos thanked Nuance "for this renewed award and the trusting and successful cooperation with CreaLog for almost 30 years!"

As one of the world's leading providers of speech processing technologies for business and private customers, the Microsoft company Nuance, has been presenting this coveted award for almost 20 years. Nuance works with technology partners around the world to provide them with tools for customer experience management. CreaLog is one of the most important integrators throughout Europe and uses the pioneering Nuance AI technologies in its solutions.

A current example is the implementation of a holistic self-service infrastructure for all voice and text-based customer concerns at a major telecommunications provider in Ukraine with nearly 30 million customers. There, state-of-the-art cloud-based VoiceBots and ChatBots went live as early as the end of 2021, forming the basis of a new generation of AI-based omnichannel self-service in Ukrainian and Russian.
