Nuance works with technology partners around the world to provide them with tools for customer experience management. CreaLog is one of the most important integrators throughout Europe and uses the pioneering Nuance AI technologies in its solutions.
A current example is the implementation of a holistic self-service infrastructure for all voice and text-based customer concerns at a major telecommunications provider in Ukraine with nearly 30 million customers. There, state-of-the-art cloud-based VoiceBots and ChatBots went live as early as the end of 2021, forming the basis of a new generation of AI-based omnichannel self-service in Ukrainian and Russian.
