ECR records calls that an employee makes on a business mobile phone as part of his or her job. When it comes to our solution, there are three main benefits for companies:

The subscriber himself can access his recorded calls and play them back. An intuitive interface enables simple, user-friendly operation and helps to navigate easily through the menu items. The participant can not only play back recordings, but also download them or send them by email in mp3 format. Our user interface can be accessed not only from the desktop but also from the smartphone. Thanks to the validation from Broadsoft, our network-based recording is compatible with the BroadWorks SIP Interface. The ECR is based on our proven Mobile Call Recording (MCR) solution, which has been successfully used by customers such as Swisscom and Deutsche Telekom since 2015. The solution records calls, stores them in a secure encrypted way, and provides a player for the recorded files. The recording platform encrypts calls on the fly while they are recorded along with their meta data. Decryption using the four-eyes principle is available.
