Manage calls quickly and easily on your own

Dataport uses Interactive Voice Services (IVS) to easily create its own call flows from existing modules in a web interface. Depending on the individual requirements of the office, agency or department, these include announcements and menus as well as call queues that interact with the caller. If required, Dataport also programs completely new processes for special requirements via the CreaLog Service Creation Environment CDG.
